You're not underqualified. You're under-translated.
A 1-on-1 strategy call and a done-for-you résumé rewrite. I turn what you did in the classroom into the language hiring managers outside education search for.
15 applications. No callbacks. It's the language, not you.
Hiring managers outside education don't speak IEP. They scan for stakeholder communication, project management, data analysis and cross-functional coordination. Your résumé was written for a school. You're applying to companies. That gap is fixable.
Your title is filtering you out.
"Special Education Teacher" doesn't match "Program Coordinator" in an applicant tracking system. You're rejected before a person reads a word.
Your bullets list duties, not impact.
"Managed classroom." "Led IEP meetings." Every teacher did that. Hiring managers want what you achieved, with numbers behind it.
Your transferable experience is missing.
You coordinated teams, ran compliance timelines and handled high-stakes conversations with families. None of it is on the page.
Same experience. Different language.
Example translations. Yours get built from your real work, your numbers and the roles you want.
One call. Four deliverables. I do the rewrite.

Your translatorMy résumé said "taught reading."
I taught 3rd grade at Uncommon Schools in New York City. My students hit 85 to 100% proficiency on the state exam. I coached other teachers while I was still in the classroom and drove a 15 to 20% score increase at a school everyone had written off.
When I left, it took me time to learn how to say what I'd done. Once I did, doors opened. Now I'm a Director who reviews résumés and runs keyword searches. Most teacher résumés don't have the keywords.
It was never a qualification problem. It was a language problem. That's why I built this.
Same people. New language.
Erin has updated my résumé through every chapter of my career, from principal, to grad school student, to Chief of Schools. She always found the language for work that I didn't know how to describe.
Teaching, a social work master's, nonprofit leadership: on paper it looked like three different careers. Erin connected the dots so hiring managers could see the impact running through all of it.

Why is it called a translation?
You're not starting over. Your experience is already there. I rewrite it in the language hiring managers outside the classroom search for.
How long does it take?
Your action plan arrives within a week of the call. The video review comes within 2 weeks and the full rewrite within 2 to 3 weeks. Send your materials fast and it moves faster.
Do I need a specific job in mind?
No. We set your target roles together on the call. Bring a salary floor and a general direction.
What if I've already been applying?
Pause. Fifteen applications in the wrong language means fifteen more rejections. We fix the foundation, then you apply with materials that work.
Is this only for leaving education entirely?
No. Moving into EdTech, nonprofit, advocacy or another adjacent field still means translating your experience for a new audience.
How is this different from the guide or the Support Circle?
The guide teaches you to translate your own résumé. The Support Circle ($39/month) gives you ongoing accountability and community. The Résumé Translation is the one where I do the rewrite.
What do I send before the call?
Your current résumé. Email it to erin@chalktoceo.com after you book.
You're not starting over. You're translating.
You managed people, ran programs, tracked outcomes and held high-stakes relationships together every day. The role exists. The résumé gets you there.
